Elizabeth J. Mustard was the 2000-2001 Borchard Fellow. As such, she co-authored “Integrating Tax and Elder Law into Elder Law and Tax Courses” XXX in Stetson University Law Review No. 4 2001 (with Spurgeon), authored A Guide to Georgia Home Care Programs – A Resource for Elderly Georgia Residents and Their Families and coordinated the Borchard Conference on Legal and Ethical Issues in the Progression of Dementia.
Ms. Mustard was associated with the firm of Bair & Cummings, P.C. in Athens, Georgia. She has been an adjunct at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she taught Estate Planning, Estate and Gift Tax, and Law, Public Policy and Aging. Spring semester 2004 Elizabeth was a visiting assistant professor at Mercer University School of Law where she taught Estate and Gift Tax and Law, Public Policy and Aging. She is currently a research associate for the Borchard Foundation Center on Law & Aging and has researched law and aging issues for the National Senior Citizens Law Center.
Ms. Mustard earned her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Rochester and her law degree summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York and Georgia.
