Former Fellow is Creator of AARP Financial Protection Initiative

Former fellow Jilenne Gunther is with the AARP Public Policy Institute where she created and directs the BankSafe Initiative. 

Jilenne reports that she and her team are working in 12 pilot states to help bankers fight financial exploitation before the money leaves the account.  In addition, they are creating a robust online training for small and regional community banks and credit unions.
